Rarely would you look to buy a high end watch on the internet. Most people go to a reputable jeweler to ensure authenticity and reliability. However the prices online are very enticing and too good to ignore. So it then becomes a function of checking and hoping for a trustworthy online dealer who delivers on the promise of authenticity, reliability, and at a great price. I checked all the sites and read all the comments, reviews and complaints. Swiss-Wrist delivered. They answered questions on line quickly (within minutes) and when I called they were there to answer and reassure me of the service they could provide. Their website is one of the best I've ever used for buying. Nevertheless I called the sales manager (Dennis Gold) and he answered all my concerns and helped with my online order placement. I just received the watch (free overnight delivery right on schedule) and it is exactly what I wanted. With so many scams on the internet I was nervous with ordering a high ticket item on line, but with Swiss-Wrist, from my experience, there was nothing to worry about.

I received my watch on Sat morning at 11:30 am. I have to admit , I was very nervous till I saw the Fed. Ex truck and then also while my daughter, son and wife watched me open the box.It was very obvious that this was a brand new unopened watch. I was surprised and thrilled. The watch is absolutely beautiful. The watch did not fit my wrist , so I called Image Jewelers , a certified Rolex
dealer and made an appointment for 2 pm to have my watch looked at , thinking the band needed to be let out. When I got there , the first thing he said while looking at the watch is "I have bad news for you" My heart almost stopped. He said the band was let out all the way. I said ,but is the watch "real" He pulled out a loop and said this is a brand new 2008 model and it is perfect. He said he did the "bad news" thing for fun. He had links ($155) and installed one for me and was very cool and complimentary of my purchase. I was kind of afraid he would be "cold" to me because I did not purchase it from him. It's kind of like a fraternity having a Rolex especially one like this.
All said, your process was flawless, everything was just like you said and I am thrilled with my watch. It's a shame that all the internet scams make
people like me apprehensive of doing business this way.My wife and I have a winter home in Fort Myers and were talking about just coming over
in Jan and purchasing the watch then, but I could not wait. I took a chance and everything worked out perfect,

 Received my Rolex Datejust watch. It was a little tight so I took it to a local well known jewelery store to have one of the links added. A jeweler I have known for 20 years helped me, and after he managed to close his dropped jaw, demanded to know where I purchased it , and did I know what it was worth? I said I thought I did and asked him what he thought it was worth. He took it to the back and a group of jewelers gathered around with their little eye glass things. Like many others I was worried about spending this amount of money over the Internet, especially with a company I had known nothing about or had ever heard of before. After talking with Dennis and the way he answered every question I had in a positive manner I decided to make the purchase. I had some issues with when the delivery would be and Dennis assured me the date I chose would be the date the watch would arrive. I was told the delivery would be about 10:30 AM so made plans to stay home all day till the watched arrived. Well at about 10:25 the FedEx truck arrived as I was told. What a pleasure to have a delivery when promised. When I opened the box ALL materials were there just as Dennis had said they would be and the watch was just what I had expected.
If anyone is looking for a high end watch and unsure of where to purchase it I would HIGHLY recommend Swisswrist they have the best prices I have found and their products are exactly as stated and pictured on their web site, they are even open on Sunday to make things easier for those of us that work long weeks.  Daniel, you treated me with respect, intelligence, and through your communications, you made me feel like you weren't doing me a favor by selling me a watch, but that you truly cared about having me as a customer-and not as a "one-time" customer, either. When the watch arrived, I was dazzled. It is supposed to be 5 years old, but frankly, any wear was hardly noticeable. It was truly in mint condition.  I wanted to add my voice to your testimonial page because I am really, really happy I found your site. I was on vacation in the Cayman Islands and was looking for a Rolex that I finally promised myself after many ears of putting it off. I did not by one there boy am I glad I did not. When I returned to the US I spoke to Daniel and a few others (sorry don't remember the names) everyone was fantastic particularly speaking to someone who is very suspicious and in this case with a six thousand dollar purchase I was even more so. I purchased a yahctmaster from you and the buying experience was excellent from the initial calls to the follow up phone calls to the execution and delivery of the watch overnight. I immediately brought it to an authorized Rolex dealer in Chicago and they immediately confirmed that it was authentic additionally they appraised the watch for three thousand dollars more than I paid for it. As I mentioned I was in the Cayman Islands the same watch "duty free" was thirteen hundred dollars more than what I paid for it with Swiss Wrist. What can I say I am extatic about my purchase and would recommend you to anyone wanting a Rolex at the best prices out there. Thanks Again..

 Why would a guy want three Rolex watches? That is what my wife asked me. I started out intending to buy one watch. After several months of looking at different watches and talking to a couple dealers. I came to the conclusion that Rolex was the one for me. My next challenge was to select a style. I drove my wife crazy by visiting every place that sold Rolex watches. After a while, she refused to go with me. I then started looking online. People warned me to be careful on the internet. I checked out several sites on E-Bay. I phoned some on the ones that listed a phone number. Some of them seemed ok, and some I did not feel comfortable with. Then, I came across Swiss Wrist's website. I was intially drawn to their amazing website, they way the watches were laid out and the convieniant 800 number to call with any questions. After calling and speaking with Daniel who seemed very knowledgeable about Rolex Watches, I felt comfortable with the idea about buying online. We spoke and exchanged emails several times and felt satisfied that they answered my questions. Daniel was patient with me and after about three weeks I knew that I would purchase my watch from Swiss Wrist. The next hardest part was selecting the style. I drove my wife crazy again by bringing up style after style on the web. She said "It's your watch, pick the one you like!" Pick I did, I bought three Rolex watches. Daniel said and did everything he promised. The watches came in excellent condition, and I am very pleased. I would tell anyone in the family to buy from Swiss Wrist, not just for the obvious great prices but also for the quality of watches.
